In a time where internet identify and monies fraud/theft is easy, I am extremely hesitant on making online purchases; however, found this site and store to be trusting and provided excellent service. I made my purchase online and from the moment I checked out my items until the moment of delivery I was notified with text messages, updates to my Shop app and emails. This was good for me, and assured me everything was legit. I will continue to shop and provide my business to this store as the quality is obviously wound reproach, but it is the service that solidified my loyalty.

I purchased this pipe because i like the aesthetic more than a traditional pipe, i couldn't honestly say that it works better than any other good piece of glass, except that i never liked putting glass or metal on my lips, and the wood is a better experience for me. And they look great, so i don't feel like it needs to be a hidden secret. The website was great, communication about my package and tracking was very well done, everything arrived on time. All in all it couldn't have been a better experience unless i had a magic promo code to make it even cheaper.
